Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza was eh. It was cold and not cut. Sucked. I watched the people touch their noses and faces than touch the pizza. And the dough hit the pizza makers shirts. It was very cramped because of b-day. The hygiene was bad no gloves. They were throwing the messed up pizza under the oven not in the trash.... Could of given it the homeless...

Terrible service. Wrong order delivered and no one answers the phone. Went to corporate to get a full refund.

Just got our order. Didn’t receive our two 2 liter sodas or any of our extra sauces. Tried calling multiple times no answer. This location is complete garbage.

I was told that my pizza was gonna be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there on time, they told me they haven’t even started making my pizza that was gonna be another 30 minutes but a joke.

I worked for doordash tonight (Christmas) & need to say this store went above and beyond for their company and their customers. They were beyond slammed and running out of food but never once were rude or unprofessional to any of us waiting for food and rushing them. There were times when I wanted to go back and help them. They kept working with a smile and need to be recognized for their work. Especially on a holiday when they should be home with their family. They deserve a bonus or an award at the least. I would like to thank Jeon, Justin, Mark, and Nicole and few who's names I couldn't get. You all are amazing

I called to make an order and when I went to pick it up the employee had canceled it for no reason and without telling me, I drove for 20 minutes, his attitude was horrible and unacceptable. I had to leave without pizza.

We ordered delivery. The food is always hot and delicious. They deliver so fast. No complaints!!

Ask to speak with a General Manager.. Whoever they had answering the manager line, was NOT professional. First thing, we ordered a large stuffed crust sausage pizza, garlic bread sticks, and Buffalo wings.... Delivery driver had to call me because he was too lazy to look at the box for a Patio code.. He said they don't give us Delivery instructions, funny cause it's right on the box.. Then he hands me 2 soaking boxes, come to find out its garlic parmesan sauce leaking from every corner, more of the sauce got on our pizza( which made it soggy) then it did on our breadsticks. I tried to call for a refund or fresh pizza, but "the manager" is slacking! I'll be calling in the AM
