Ordered ahead of time for pickup and had to wait over 25 mins still. Usually better service but this time customers were somewhat ignored, and no order to taking care of us all.
Ordered a small pizza. Showed up with the right stickers on the box but the wrong pizza inside. Had me a new large pizza with an extra garlic butter in less than 40 minutes.
Don't order boneless wings here they will come out like this also my pizza was missing one topping that I paid for the sad thing is the order was double checked
Placed an order through door dash. Dasher showed up about 30 minutes after the order was placed. After letting the dasher wait another 30 minutes (an hour from order being placed) they just cancelled my order. Called them no one will answer the phone. Just close your doors!!!
I understand gross margins, I’m a manager of home service company. But this is bad , no sauce , cheese and so much dough….. quality really lacking here Vegetarian options: No
Website and app were not working for specials. Called customer service and they said could take up to 48 hours. Called the store and they can’t give the special prices in store, only online. Asked them if I could be reimbursed or compensated for having to pay full price and was told no by both the manager of the store and the customer service person. I did everything I could on my side and no one was willing to help. Wanting to save a few dollars should not be this hard!
