I ORDERED THROUGH MY APP UBEREATS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT I RECEIVED MY ORDER INCOMPLETE. I WAS PIST. I DROVE TO THE STORE AND ASK FOR MY COMPLETE ORDER. THREE BOYS LOOKED LOST, TOLD ME IT WAS THE UBERS FAULT. I SAID AND CONFIRMED WITH UBER IF THEY ASKED FOR MY COMPLETE ORDER, DRIVER SAID THEIR STUFF MISSING BUT THE ONE IN CHARGED TODAY 3/10/2024 SUNDAY TOLD THE DRIVER TO LEAVE THAT WAS THE COMPLETE ORDER. I am so pissed. In this place you need hire EMPLOYEES and MANAGERS that know how to turn in a complete order. I PAID FOR MY FOOD I DID NOT GET IT FOR FREE.
We went to the store to place the order but The delivery girl was there, she had the best energy ever! Was really friendly and helpful
They got my order wrong spoke to the manager super gross didn’t care at all he said they couldn’t change the wrong order they delivered to me not ordering from this location ever again really bad costumer services not happy
