Great pizza Great service

Management is beyond rude and disrespectful. Calling me to tell you don’t deliver to my home when you just had a driver drop off an order 20 minutes before you called. Not taking the time to do your due diligence and find a solution. Instead, we are rude and disrespectful, refusing to answer my calls and provide his name.

Absolutely dreadful experience. The individual taking our order over the phone exhibited rude behavior, and to top it off, the pizza we received was served cold. It appeared hastily assembled, as if it were composed of leftover slices from another pizza, with noticeable gaps between them. Needless to say, we will not be placing another order from this establishment.

Believe me or not I have gone 15 years w/o ever ordering from Papa Johns and I have to say I am quite surprised. Menu has a lot.of choices specially sides. Even one of the employees inside even carried my order and opened door for me. In these days that means a lot.

Bad Service cold food rude employees...

Asked for an extra pepper and got like 5!! Love this place and everybody!!

Soy cliente de ese local ya que trabajo en el mismo shoping siempre me a gustado el servicio del lugar en especial del señor Mike mánager del lugar además de la elaboración de las pizzas , pero los jueves es horrible pedir en ese lugar la elaboración de las pizzas es horrible casi las sacan crudas además sin queso y con falta de productos mal cortadas y sin estéticas para que un cliente se vaya satisfecho y feliz de hecho hoy jueves 02/08 fue el último día que haré mi pedido en ese local espero que la empresa haga algo al respecto para mejorar calidad y servicio especialmente los días jueves

This place have changed the employees. Here are awfully rude. I came around 10 o’clock at night and some lady working there grab the door and slammed it in my face told me there were closed. I saw the sign that says that they were open for business to 1am so I got in my car and made a phone call then a guy answered, I told him I would like to place an order and rudely. He said he wasn’t taking orders he’s closing because he wants to go home. I told him that I was gonna report him then he called me back to harass me. This place should be shut down from this area never again am I coming here this happened 2/16/2024 10 pm
