No price displayed anywhere, peperoni pizza with just a few peces of peperoni in the middle only, the most expensive papa johns ever.
Quiero dar máxima distinción por la atención de los señores desde la caja hasta el que hornea .fueron muy amables y serviciales
This establishment is one of the few in Sunny Isles who doesn’t disappoint. As a resident of sunny isles, the food service here is super awful. The staff is very friendly, and my food order always meets my expectations.
The pizza is very good, it's a shame that with the person serving you all the desire to order it disappears. A real shame
The staff at this location Is beyond words unprofessional, they have hours listed on the door as well as online but insist that the hours they say are as so, it’s 11:30 and they close at 12:30 and I’m told I cannot order in store and May only order for delivery, the door was open keep this in mind. The laziness is real and because of that I will continue to post my review on this horrible service and staff
Decent pizza but the facility is so run-down and tired that I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. The food takes a long time to prepare, the staff doesn't seem to be in sync with each other, and writing 'family-owned and operated' on the wall just makes the whole thing look even sadder. Honestly, I don't understand how their franchisee license hasn't been revoked yet, especially in an upscale area like Sunny Isles Beach.
Visited on my lunch break (pizza was undercooked after I specifically asked for it to be well done) on 12/24 at about 2:15/2:30 & left my keys on the table on the inside. Came back the same day & a couple of days after to see if someone returned the keys and manger and co workers stated “no”. Came back on the 28th to ask manager if he could check cameras for me (because there were my job keys) and he yelled and told me “no, they not here” with an attitude. Remind you, I’ve been very nice to him from the start. I said, “sir, can you calm down and just hear me out?”. Manager (Jose) shook his head and continue to yell, “you should have had your keys with you”. I told him, “sir, I just wanted to see if I came in with the keys. I checked the cameras at my job and notice I was here from 2:15-3:00”. He yelled some more and said, “IM BUSY” (very angrily). As a MANAGER, I would ask the customer for a phone number and suggest maybe coming back at a better time if I was so “BUSY”. Anyways, I walked out and asked the managers at both stores on each side of Papa Johns and they were very nice and even took my Phone number down just in case. Walked back by to walk back to my job (Public storage) and manger was seen walking around drinking a can soda.
Exelente pizza pero en hora pico es difícil que te sirvan rápido, debes venir con pasiencia y esperar
This pizza isn’t worth more than $6. I’m shook at how I just spent $30 and got nothing but a mess delivered. I will, without a doubt, never order from this location ever again. The further I get into this meal, the more upset I’m getting with it.
