Delivery arrived late . And staff and the delivery was very rude . To the point that the delivery guy couldn’t Even bring up the pizza

Horrible customer service: rude and unprofessional. The delivery was delayed for an hour and the restaurant representative didn’t even apologize. They blamed the traffic for the delay but it was 11 am with barely any traffic on the way.

Every time you order from this location your food arrives cold as they make multiple deliveries on each trip. The store manager is rude. In other cities their deliveries arrive warm so this is definitely a store issue!

Worst place ever, their website will charge you without sending your order, orders are freaking late, and when you call the have an actitud and place you on hold forever, orders made with uber don’t do it you will wait for ages

This place could not be worse. Delivery driver did not show up. I called the location and got pit on hold continuously. Then hung up on twice. Amazing service guys. All this for mediocre pizza is not worth it. Pure garbage of a business.

It’s 10:15 and they will not allow me to place an order for carry out. They do not close for almost 2 more hours. The front door is locked and they are only allowing Uber eats. I trust Uber eats even less than I trust your pathetic delivery drivers. I only attempted this place because I needed something fast for the kids. However I will not subject our kids to a random Uber eats driver. The employee who came to the door was very rude and said “the boss said we can only do the Uber eats orders we have because it’s NYE and we want to get out of here” - are freaking kidding me? This is why you make minimum wage. Because you deserve it. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Just horrible all around. Avoid Papa John’s at all cost, but especially avoid this location, with these employees.

This location absolutely sucks!!! Should be closed. They should replace all those nasty employees with new ones. I ordered a pizza and I never received, I called them and they put me on hold forever for several times. I have called my credit card for a full refund.
