Papa Johns Pizza

Incredibly poor customer service. I received my order with no sauce inside my pizza. When I called to ask them to either deliver another pie or issue a refund, the manager AMIR refused. He suggested I should drive to their location which is not near where I live, to pick up another pie. First and last time I would ever order from that restaurant.

was tasty, but the personnel was very unpleasant. I came in Saturday night at 10:00 pm, there were three young men working, all three had long hair including the one making my pizza. He kept touching his hair while making my pizza. I found that very unpleasant and disgusting and not good healthy standards for a restaurant. Hair nets should be worn when preparing food, especially if the employee has long hair. I will not be going back to this pizza place and will not recommend

Had one of the most professional and customer service oriented drivers last night , I believe his name is Jackson . He called ahead to verify the location and once he arrived he made sure everything was received .

I called in and was told there was no delivery available. So I ordered to pickup. 1 medium veggie pizza ready in 1/2 hour. After arriving I had to wait another 10 minutes . Opened the pizza at the store and it only had half veggies. The girl told me they could make another but it would take another half hour. Left the store with the half veggie pizza not happy with service.

There’s nothing better than having a good pizza and a cold beer while watching a football game! GO DOLPHINS!!! One of the best pizzas in Kendall. Great service, and great of quality. Thank you Papa John for saving the day.
