My husband picked up a pizza that we ordered on the website. My order was wrong! When he arrived, he was supposed to wait at the door until they brought his order out. No one came out for a long time so he went in. When he got in the store the employee would not help him. One employee was deaf and wanted to help but could not. The other employee was extremely rude and ignored several customers/ Uber drivers who were clearly waiting in line to pick up their pizzas. When my husband asked about his order, at first he said that the pizza wasn't there at all. Then, he double checked and it was. My pizza had also been made 25 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time, so by the time it got home, it was quite cold. Toppings and seasoning packets that we paid for were missing. When I tried to call, the employees kept picking up and putting the phone back on hold without even speaking with me. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from this particular store ever again. I've ordered from other stores and had wonderful experiences. I understand having a bad day but when an employee makes everybody else's day bad because doesn't like his job, he should probably find a different one.
Are all Papa John’s this terrible? I doubt if I ever go back to any Papa John store. I called about an hour and a half before I could pick it up and they apparently went ahead and cooked it and threw it in a corner and it was stale and cold when I got there. Never going back and don’t ever order a thin crust pizza unless you like it paper thin and like a cracker.
Always love papa John’s , but this time get disappointed , I order chicken wings for kids and when they try to eat and just saw bunch of black hair and it’s not 1 hair it’s bunch of hair in like they put in by there self , so disappointed didn’t expect from papa John’s , please do better to save your business train your employees tell them to cover their head while they working in kitchen,
