The star is for the driver. Nice guy. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through, just soggy and limp. The wings were severely undercooked. Tried calling but they never answered.
Really nice employees who work as fast as they can to get orders out.
Went online 2 order 2 pizzas. Took 2x ordering online. The AI finally accepted the order the 2nd time but would not let me review the order when the "review" button was on the screen. I left my email and phone # so the Papa John's could communicate order time, deliver time, and paymt accepted. I tried called them to speak to staff and manager. The phone just rang. What happened to the great CS and integrity that Papa John's had when they first started selling pizza. Now have to NOT only cancelly charge w/card company but find something else. Shame on this Pizza shop. You're customer service is not even there. Manager is not running the business. Think I'll call corporate also! Quality overall in America is going down hill!
Terrible customer service especially from the manager Ruben. After waiting an hr and half I called to get status and Ruben literally started yelling at me saying the driver came back because I didn’t answer my phone. First off,don’t yell at me, where’s your customer service skills and secondly no one called me! I was on the phone for the last 30 min trying to figure out where my order was!I was so upset I ended up emailing corporate which I usually don’t do. I requested to cancel the order and email me a copy of the refund, I still have yet to receive a copy of the refund. Unacceptable
