Papa Johns Pizza

So disappointed in my order. The pizzas that we ordered weren’t like what’s shown on their website. Very little sausage on the sausage pizza. The veggie pizza was also disappointing. Then, when you order online, you’re asked for a 15, 20 or 25 percent tip. For what? What did they do to earn a tip? I picked up my order! If you don’t tip, do you risk your pizza being spit on? This will definitely be my last order with Papa John’s.

No body speaks English driver got lost because of that and manager was rude and refused to help me. This place is horrible and everytime I order the driver has a serious attitude. This is by far the worst papa johns that there is! I would love to speak to a real manager

ORDERED 1 HOUR AGO. Delivery went to the wrong address and almost got my food taken, I wish they did because I wasted my money. Asked for well done wings and they came cold and mushy, not crispy. The oreo bites are burnt rolled up garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Everything had felt off for some reason at the time of our visit. Maybe it was only because we had gone at sunset. We were not satisfied with the amount of toppings that were placed on top of our large pizza that was given to us. Maybe next time will be better. Parking: You would park your vehicle in a plaza type of parking lot for different businesses, but you won't need to or want to stay for long.

Ordering from this Papa John's, is like rolling the dice because you are not sure what you're going to get. There are times that the service and food are good and times they're bad. They're inconsistent. When they're good, they're enjoyable and when they're bad, they're aggravating. Here is to hoping that they find consistency because the potential is there, but they're not reaching it.

Ordered $22.12 worth of food I didn't mean to order and when I tried to cancel they hung up in my face 5 TIMES! The food was cold and it took over an hour to get to my house and I three up twice after eating only 2 slices. Papa John's Please Give Me a refund.
