On point, as of right now... no mistake ever on my pizza.. I have been coming here for about 10 years
Always love their thin crust full house pizza. There were some very young men at this location but they were surprisingly very polite and on the ball after they mistakenly gave away my pizza and I had to wait for them to get another one done. I would go there again. It's refreshing to see good behavior from young people.
This place is really, really bad. Every single item in my order was incorrectly handled by the staff. When I asked the delivery person to return with the correct items, the manager, Tim, hung up on me. I tried calling back twice, got put on hold right away, and each times was hung up on.
Era mi pizza favorita...ahora ya no...cambio algo...no sé que...pero lo que si se es que pizza Rio en Bolivia la paso en sabor...y el borde relleno el mejor...aconsejable..
Customer service was good. Food not at all. All meat pizza had no flavor, was plain. The place is ugly. Expensive place for pizza. I asked for a menu , they couldn't find it.
Horrible service. No communication spent 15 minutes on hold to verify they deliver to my address I was charged and 1 hour later when I called they said they canceled my order because they don't deliver. No call no nothing so I just paid and waited for no reason.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My friend ordered in 01/04/2024 at 7pm at the website and she specified her order according to her health restrictions. Guess what? As they always do, they sent the order completely wrong because as usual they don’t follow instructions when you order online. Food arrived and she specifically told the driver that it was wrong and she couldn’t have it due to her health restrictions. The driver said: “I’m just the driver.” And ignored all of her concerns. She then called the store and told them politely to please send her right order because she could not have those ingredients. The attendant said: “It sounds like a you problem”. EXCUSE ME? I’m glad she noticed the wrong order and threw it away because if she had it without knowing and with her health restrictions, can you imagine what could’ve happened?! This is unbelievable, lack of customer service of the employees and their lack of responsibility with the Company that could clearly be involved in a huge problem right now. Get better!
Just tried calling two times and both times someone answered and intentionally hung up.
