Papa Johns Pizza

Gave me the wrong pizza and charged me for it after I bought and paid online. I think I deserve a pizza FOR FREE !! Terrible service saying I had to pay again after I told the lady at pickup I had paid online

Months ago, I ordered and never received the food that was supposed to be delivered. Couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone, so I drove to the store to find the poor young woman who was trying to hold the store together being buried in online orders and several DoorDash drivers waiting for orders because they didn’t have enough drivers. Not their fault, just very poorly managed store. I got a refund and ordered food elsewhere. I thought I would give them another chance today and ordered at 10:30 am figuring it wouldn’t be busy. Same bullcrap. And their corporate customer service can’t process a refund so I had to call and wait for the store to do it while they’re clearly still understaffed. I will never order from Papa John’s again. Not worth your time or frustration.

Papa John's has always been my go to for pizza and still is , however this location has rude service and is absolutely gross!! I never seen so many bugs in a restaurant in my life!!! Update: Its to cold for bugs now. Service is still bad , staff play on there phones and dont knowledge customers.

If there was a way to give this place negative stars I definitely would. Your employees come from smoking outside and don't even wash their hands, the pants are sagging horribly, the employee was scratching his head and immediately started touching the dough without washing his hands, and then when he answered the phone to take an order he held the dough in his hand swinging it around on his finger which continuously kept touching his dirty sweatshirt. And he wasn't wearing any gloves. Ewww. I don't eat here either way but I definitely will NEVER be a customer at this location. this locations employees should not be employed absolutely disgusting

Had a problem with this location. Placed an order over the phone (horrible system) for pick up. Went at the designated time only to be told that my order had not been started because "someone called and had it moved to later" I never made such call but could clearly see that the ticket was just laying on the counter. Anyways the manager was super rude and made no attempt to make anything better or to take any fault. Fine so I went and sat in my car for 20 minutes to wait. While I waited I filed a formal complaint . Another horrible system...when I go in to pick up my order the same manager starts giving me attitude about the complaint I had just filed. So I'm sure that never got past her to anyone who cares.

$30 for this. I paid for extra cheese, extra mushrooms, and pepperoncinis and my toppings barely cover the pizza. Do better. Delivery driver was sweet though!
