Managed a pizza place and when we door dashed orders we had to call the customer bc they didn’t choose that. Got door dashed my order months ago (put it in like one of their drivers is going to deliver) and they door dashed it again tonight. If u don’t have delivery drivers that’s fine just have a notification it’s going to be thru DoorDash. Why am I spending money on a tip just to have it redirected and not knowing how much money is going to the person who delivers? I didn’t have to order thru here tonight that’s fair, but you guys also don’t have to advertise delivery if you DONT HAVE DRIVERS!

I get take out all the time. Whenever I put in my order, I drive over there and it's always already ready for me. Never had any complaints about the pizza itself either
This is probably one of the fastest, most professional pizza places in the area. The front staff are polite, courteous, and prompt. They don’t ignore you after you make eye contact and they typically have your order ready at the right time. The pizza is always on point but the service is what makes me recommend to others. Thank you for being kind!!
It's a Papa John's, they don't have atmosphere
The worst experience I called today the day after Christmas to order a macaroni pizza as it was advertised online when I call the operator told me that that just stopped Christmas Day and I said well it’s still online so I should be able to still get it can I speak with your manager, and he greatly gave me the phone. at that point the manager got on the phone and angrily told me that if you want the pizza you’ll have to order it online you can’t pick it up and I was like why can’t you just accommodate me why do I have to go through all that? He said something smart to me and I told him how rude he was and he hung up on me and said we don’t need your “F$&Kin$ Business. I tried calling back several times, and no answer. I finally got an answer after my sixth attempts the manager answered the phone cuss at me again and hung up on me. I was in such disbelief I couldn’t believe it. so I hopped in the car and drove up there, I introduced myself and explained that I was the individual that he was cussing out on the phone. He started acting belligerent and cussing, and then I called 911 and he did the same. I was not too about let this slide by after all this I don’t care what business you’re in, Just be mindful to honor your customers. In no way, was I disrespectful or exhibited anger towards manager Simply wanted to file a complaint he wouldn’t give me anybody’s number the police gave me a police case number I to voice my concerns to somebody who will listen and not try to scoot me under the carpet. this manager needs to be retrained.
