Haven't had the pizza yet, but the interaction I had with Jason was worth 5 stars. He was very helpful, patient, and really went far to make sure I didn't die by unhappy girlfriend. When my order was done early, he even packed up all the plates and stuff, and I'm having a great, dish-free date night!

Was delivered the wrong food. I asked the if I could on my own come pick up the right food and the girl(maybe the manager) told me nope then went on about how it wasn’t their fault. Box was labeled with my name and correct order but had the wrong food in the box. She then hung up on me. This was my favorite fast food pizza but I’ll never give them my service again.

It's really rude to send the text message that my food is ready and 8 minutes later when I come to pick it up, it's not ready, it's just barely coming out of the oven. For somebody who has only 30 minutes for lunch, when I order in a timely manner, I expect it to come out in a timely manner. Especially if the system says it was done. You know why this happens? Because they close the ticket out before it even goes in the oven. Not appreciated at all

We literally just got a pizza box with no pizza. Not even grease from pizza. Just a clean cardboard box delivered.

So much better than the one on Leetsdale.
