Update-Placed an order online said it would be delivered in 34 minutes. It never shows up after an hour of waiting I check the tracker and it says I still need to wait another 35min for delivery. After another 20 min of waiting I go to check tracker again and without notification my order status via the tracker says canceled. I try calling the store to see what's going on and if my order is going to come or not. I call at least 5 times and they hang up on me every time I call. No answer or voice mail they just pick up and immediately hang up. No email saying it's canceled no call or text. This is joke you need to let someone know their order isn't coming so then can make new arrangements and make sure they aren't being charged for the order. This location is terrible at customer service I regret giving them any business. The company as a whole is going down hill not sure why you would use door dash to deliver food instead of hiring drivers. I've also heard first hand from door dash drivers that if tip is not cash or over 25% they will avoid your order or make sure to take extra time to deliver it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Was told my pizza would take 50 minutes I was fine with that but it has now been a hour and 20 min and I still haven't gotten my pizza I have called twice and they just keep saying its on the road. SO my pizza has been in a car for 30 minutes now that. I asked for a refund and was denied and told to just keep waiting.
I am a regular customer of this place simply because it is the closest to my place for good pizza. Always great food, always hot, and great great service. Specifically, Kasey is amazing. She is probably 50% of why I would continue going there. The pride she takes in her work and kindness is refreshing.

Great pizza-friendly staff, best Papa John's I've had the opportunity to eat at. KC, went above and beyond to ensure my pizza was exactly how I ordered it. I will return and recommend this store.
Ordered online, waited over an hr. Tried to call store and got hung up on TWICE. And then almost 2 hrs later get an email saying my order was canceled because they couldn't reach me even tho I was trying to reach them the whole time. Will order from another location moving forward. Way to handle customer service papa John's.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t even deserve 1. Ordered a bunch of food online. Breadsticks was one of the items. When it got there it was basically a pizza dough with no toppings or cheese on it instead of their usual rolled breadsticks. Whoever cut this and put it in a box should be fired! Absolute Laziness!! I want my money back! Have tried to call and filed a complaint online but never got response! Absolute trash! I used to love Papa John’s but it has gone way downhill!!
Thought I’d help bump the reviews of this place lol. Ordered online & came by about 10-15mins later, we were in and out in like 30 seconds with our order. The guy was friendly and double-checked our sauces without us saying anything. Can’t speak to the delivery service but we’d definitely come here again.
