Papa Johns Pizza

My order took 2 hours to be delivered. I received a msg saying that it was delivered but when I checked it was not at my door. I called on 2 different phones at the same time and I was on hold for 17 mins before they took my call. They said the system was glitching but the pizza was on its way. It finally arrived 2 hours later as mentioned. And the worst part is they got my order wrong. Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got a thin pepperoni pizza. Horrible horrible when I tried it It was cold and hard. Won’t order from here ever again. So disappointing if I could give it 0 Stars I would.

I ordered a heart-shaped pizza for my 86 year old mother on Valentine's day. It was AWFUL. The thin crust was not crispy, but soggy and tough - as though it had been sitting around after baking. It was only slightly warm. Other than a point on one side, you could not tell it was a heart. I get that it was probably crazy busy, but don't offer a special if you can't commit to a quality product. You're getting two stars because ordering online and in advance was easy.

This time I ordered via phone. The fella on the phone was very patient and helpful Ibwas quite surprised how well he treated me even with my chaotic ordering. The delivery was fast by a cool driver and the two pizzas were cooked to peferction. Last time: Online ordering allowed us to get the perfect pizza ingredients.. We got the thin crust veggie, and added beef, and some different sauces, and everything turned out perfectly, and it was delivered on time. Ingredients seemed more fresh there, than many other pizza places we have ordered from. We'll keep ordering there 4sure.

Customer service was not so great but the pizza was excellent

Had to wait an extra half hour because they were so behind. Then they forgot about me. Worst part, the pizza was so bad that my kids wouldn't eat it. Imagine how bad pizza must be for kids to not want to eat it.

I go here all the time!!! Jason works tirelessly as the manager and is impressive how much he’s capable of doing for that store ! Might be a big chain but still much tastier than wood and fire or avellenos and a lot cheaper !

Gross! Gross! Gross! I don't know what happened to Papa John's. But this time we ordered pizza the dough was not the same. I honestly could not tell the difference between their dough or, literally, a cardboard. The bread was stiff, tough, and very hard to swallow. In my opinion, fresh ingredients are no longer a factor. I've noticed for the last several times that the quality of their pizza has been drastically falling. This time was the last time for me. Never again! I'd rather spend a significantly larger amount of money to get fresh, quality food! There are WAY too many places in this area that I can get what I pay for, and Papa John's is NOT it. So beware! Papa John's isn't what it use to be. -100 stars

Always nice and pizza is ready when they say it is. The staff keeps the place clean and are very pleasant when you pick up
