Everytime I order with my papa rewards my pizza looks like garbage burnt crust barely cheese on it
We had ordered pizza for our class party from pizza hut amd when I got there to pick them up, they had a water leak and was not able to serve us. I came into Papa Johns and they were so willing to save the day for our kids Christmas party! We are so grateful for them!!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a pizza no onions, checked it more than once because I hate onions but when I got the pizza is was LOADED with onions and I was told I didn't check onions off the order. Regardless there should never be so many you can't pick them off! I got as many as I could off but the pizza can't be eaten! See picture, that's only part of the onions in the corner of the box (the pepper is for size reference) about a palm full so far. Management says this is the normal portion of onion and it's my fault for not paying better attention on my end since the "label" doesn't say take it off. Out the $ for the pizza and not getting the right order! AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEIR RESPONSE THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY, BLAME ME THE CUSTOMER AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT! AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU HAVE A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND SHOULD HAVE MADE SOME ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION!
Only problem I had was no one wore gloves or washed their hands. I observes multiple employees come from the back of the store, walk past the sink that is in plane view, scratching heads and noses, just to start making pizza.
I ordered online tonight and waited 25 minutes to go pick up the pizza. Got there and the gentleman looked at his order screen and told me 7 minutes. I waited 20 and asked when would it be ready. I ordered a 16 inch and only saw 14 inch boxes with order stickers on them. I was then told, they were just making it. At that point, I asked for a refund and the guy says "It's Friday. Thank you for not understanding." I replied that I would have waited 30 minutes if he had of told me the truth instead of lying to me. And I do understood that Friday nights can be tough sometimes. I was an Area Supervisor for Papa John's for 6 years when they first opened stores in Atlanta. I would fire a manager for lying to a customer. This guy does not ever need to be in front of the public and I think he might be the owner of this franchise.
The whole process was fast and friendly. The food was spot on, very delicious. The driver was super nice.
