Best gelato I have ever tasted. Paolo is the coolest dude too, very welcoming. A must try in Atlanta.

Paulo’s is absolutely AMAZING! He is the friendliest person I’ve ever met with the kindest heart. Really puts his all into making his gelato which tastes amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Anyone who has eaten Italian ice cream has to know that this is nothing like it. The only star I give it is because the owner is very nice and the ice cream is not greasy.

Excellent gelato - will be back!

I came back to Atlanta after 13 years away, and one of the highlights of my trip was coming back here. The gelato was as good as I remember, and the proprietor as kind and talkative as I remember. If given the chance, you should make this a point of interest in your next trip.

The owner had too big of an ego—when we asked to try flavors, he roasted us that “this is not a Baskin Robins you know”. When I was consulting my boyfriend on what flavors he wanted, the owner exclaimed that he was in the middle of talking to me, and I interrupted him. The gelato was okay, but he did burn the caramel in the gelato. It was way too bitter to be passed off as a dark caramel.

Paolo is always amazing to me when I come in! His gelato is freshly made everyday, and it's honestly some of the best dessert i've had in a hot minute!! Felicia is always very sweet when I come in and let's me try samples. I always feel so much better when I come to Paolo's!
