Panera Bread

Sat down and ordered brunch for myself, my SO, and my toddler. Not only did they miss a few of my items and had the nerve to be upset when I kept having to get up and remind them, but when we looked to the side of our booth (sitting right in front of where they prepare the food) there were roaches. Never again.

Panera has the best soups. The bistro French onion, tomato, and cheddar broccoli are my favorites. This particular panera in bay plaza happens to have the best service. They are always friendly, welcoming, and kind.

People are dedicated and polite

Panera bread food is always good however, the wait time was about 30 minutes to receive my order here at this location. Only two people working the kitchen on a busy day. Lost my appetite waiting for the food to come out. My friend ordered a sandwich and they only have him half of it and told him to come back for the other half later.

If u don’t have a card, there ‘registers’ are always down ??? But in reality it’s just lazy stupid workers

The racisit trans cashier discriminated me on Thursday. By refusing to order what I asked for. Games games games And then laughed at me when I complained to management I will never go back there again

After 4 years this place is still one star. Picked up my salad, drove home and no dressing. Though the employees seem to work hard, it’s a sign of incompetence in management or the franchise owner.

Great service, friendly staff, delicious food.
