If it were possible to put my Green Goddess salad and my smoothie on KLARMA it would be great

After years of great experiences, it's disappointing to post this: beware online orders, especially around holidays. Despite submitting and paying in advance, my bagel order was given away to whoever showed up before my scheduled pick up time. This is illogical and unacceptable. Sorry to say I'll take business elsewhere.

Panera is pretty standard in terms of their menu. I personally am not a big fan of DIY ordering and pickup but it is offered here and it works ok, but curbside pickup has never worked for me here. No one responds, you must go in and get it from a couple of different options. It's confusing at best.

My wife and I had dinner around 8:45 pm on Sep 26 and ordered chicken noodle soup and an napa almond chicken sandwich. Soup was lukewarm and half the bowl. It tasted salty and awful. Sandwich was not that bad. Prices are TOO expensive for what we ordered. And this is not the first time we have been dissatisfied!. We are not going back...

They were short staffed and were out of baguette bread and had no dishes. The food didn't taste like it normally does.

Got there with ample time left for breakfast and manger refused to serve me an artichoke soufflé and that was after I purchased it. Terrible.
