I would like to know who’s idea it is to make delivery persons to stand in line to pickup deliveries. Who came up with this should be demoted and re-trained. I will not give Panera business if they want to make me wait in line to pickup deliveries.
Do not use the rapid-pick up option at this location. I ordered three separate times using that pick-up option and each time I got a notification that the food was ready, went to pick it up and food was not in the shelf. This forced me to have to wait in line and remind the staff about my order. Defeats the whole purpose of rapid pick-up. Also, the online system doesn't seem to be accurate with what items they have in stock at the store. Last time I went they ended up telling me to cancel my entire order and re-order at the store with what items they currently have which was frustrating and had to end up going somewhere else for breakfast.
Unfriendly service. Bought an iced vanilla coffee. No ice or vanilla. Utterly useless. And expensive for self service. Avoid.
