Panera Bread

Coffee. Wifi. Good food. Friendly staff. All I need in the morning. Thanks Panera.

The service was slow for being there super early and only have two customers in the dining area. Took me over 5 minutes just to get a coffee with almond milk and sugar free syrup. The coffee was good and not overpriced.

I had probably my worst experience at a Panera ever today. I ordered delivery and almost every choice I made on the order were ignored. My child’s grilled cheese was basically a chunk of cheese, unmelted, in the middle of the slices of bread. Lots of the bread had no cheese on it. The bread itself was not grilled or toasted at all, so it was more like a regular cheese sandwich. I asked for mixed berry yogurt with the kids meal and I got strawberry. I asked for utensils but received none. However, all these items were checked off on the receipt attached to the bag. What’s the point of offering options when the staff doesn’t even look at the order while preparing it? With the exorbitant prices they charge, Panera needs to be trying harder.

Placed a pickup order of 2 food menu items and a drink. Went in to pickup my order and the food items were in a bag ready for pickup but the drink was nowhere to be seen. I waited at the counter to ask someone about the drink and just had multiple workers not even care to recognize me. Finally a lady walks over and asks what I need. I told her I was missing my drink. She asks another employee about the drink and that employee says they are out of milk. They were just going to charge me for the drink and not give me one. It was a scheduled pickup with 90 minutes to at least have the decency to let the customer know they could not fill all the items ordered and refund the product they could not make. Bad service and shady practices.

The people who ordered right before us got their food, ate, and left before we got our order. 27 minutes for our food, and another 2 minutes after that for two smoothies to finally be ready. We ordered large smoothies and got small. Didn't even try to ask someone to correct it because I did not want to wait another 27 minutes for someone to turn on a blender. When I was getting my food, I saw someone come in and place an order and within about 4 minutes it was in the window for them. Obviously they weren't too busy. Just forgot about our order. Food is good, like any Panera. I will not come back to this location again though.

Just picked up my order. Mind you, it's not like it was a busy day at all. Figured my sandwich wouldn’t be slapped together with no care. This is the worst constructed sandwich I have ever seen. Barely any meat. No sauce. Half toasted. And you charge $14 for this?
