Panera Bread

Placed my order today at 1:26 pm. Received a notification letting me know to pick it up at 1:36. Arrived around 2:00 just to know that l had to wait hours for the chicken cream to be ready since it was frozen. Worker offered to switched it by a chicken soup. I didn’t want to eat a soup. I drove 15 minutes for a cream. I usually don’t leave any reviews but this was unacepptable.

The cobb salad with "supposedly" chicken, bacon and avocado was non existent. It cost me $13.90 for a bowl of romaine lettuce and a few tomatoes. The dressing on the side would not have satisfied a toddler since the potion was so small. The shredded chicken (photo on their website is grilled chicken slices) resembled tuna fish in consistency and there were 3 small chunks of avocado. No bacon anywhere! 1 hard boiled egg. Thank goodness for the baguette on the side otherwise, I would have starved. Nearly $14.00 ! Never again!

Horrible service, ignores customers, have to chase down people to help pickup an order, 40 minute delay without communicating anything

My experience was just like Jennifer Verasco's review below. Salad was just lettuce and about 1 ounce of white, flavorless chicken dropped in a bowl for $14 dollars!? You'd be much better off going to Publix getting a bagged salad, Perdue shortcuts chicken, and some dressing. They should be ashamed to even give this to a customer if they had any shame. Do better.

The customer service was awesome. The facility was clean, and I received my food in a timely manner. Now the one thing that I didn’t like was my bread free balling around in the bag not wrapped or anything
