Friendly staff, but their bakery is always out of basic items so I don't bother going here anymore
Panera over the years has been declining, they can never keep their menu items in stock, especially this location. Good luck trying to get their signature Chicken Frontega sandwich or French onion soup. The service here is very sub-par, although, it is a very small space. I typically order online but they are constantly out of items and their new offerings have been big misses and seem more like their grasping for straws at what to do or offer. For example, their lobster roll was simply embarrassing and was a huge miss, then they introduced a very sub-par chicken sandwich. I think this will be the next major restaurant to go out of business and possibly good riddance.
A typical chain, but the food is very acceptable indeed. Price - quality is very good. Good for lunch, saves you money and gives pleasure.
Their breakfast is always amazing I don't know how "McD's" stays in business with a place like panera as an option
I’ve been to this location twice now for coffee. Employees are much nicer than at most counter service places at DC — the “Panera touch” is there. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a city Panera. Both times, I customized my drink to be less sweet and that customization was not performed either time. But they remade the drink quickly and were very nice about it. Just make sure you take a sip of your drink before leaving!
