I walked in at 730 and ordered a souffle two bagels (sliced not toasted) two cream cheese and a (free) blueberry bagel. I paid at 735. Over the next ten minutes. My souffle was switched multiple times due to drive thru/online orders and bagels were stacked on top of the souffle I finally settled for. The cashier proceeded to take (and fill) other orders while slowly piecing mine together. I had to leave by 745. At 747 I was trying to get the attention of the cashier. Finally it got to the point where I HAD to leave so I told them and left WITHOUT MY FOOD. I still can't believe I'm typing these words. This place should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. I don't live in the area so it's not like I can get a refund or get my food after the fact.
Do NOT get delivery from this location. Have ordered repeatedly to have items missing or replaced repeatedly - and they do NOT seal their bags for delivery drivers!
I would like to share an extremely positive experience with Dashia promoting a professional and courteous experience during my mornings. She is always encouraging use of Panerai specials. I look forward to laughing with her on my visits. Keep up the good work.
