Panera Bread

Love eating here and I eat here 3 days a week minimum been going here for years. Portions are good and food is always consistent. But really they always give me a small water cup for water and now they said they can’t…? That’s such a bummer, guess it’s time to go else where, where they can’t even satisfy a long loyal customer of a small need for some water.

Staff is nasty They said they short staff but they were nasty to me and a lady She said she will never come My order also was wrong and they had to redo and they said I hv to wait they don’t care Will never step in or recommend Panera

Nasty customer service. The girls making the food were so rude to every customer. Yelling at people to place their orders at the kiosk and wouldn’t even help those who wanted to pay cash. Do better Panera! Your employees are ruining your business and I will never step foot in this or any other location.

Steady good meals from PB with quick service and good portions.

Horrible panera. All the coffee containers were empty then when they fill them up filled with coffee grounds. Homeless people arguing. Dirty bathroom. You cant even use an electric outlet for your device as they are all blocked. Panera has become McDonalds quality.

Server was rude, bathroom was dirty and no hand dryer or paper towels. The avocado in my sandwich was harder than an apple. The restaurant had no heat and it was freezing inside. They let the quality of this place go, it was so much better years ago from my recollection. Never coming back here again.

The truth is worse Panera bread I been too, dirtiest food, I drive the Hylan blvd to get my food, and management don’t care. Safe your self from getting sick or have anything in your food

My wife and I came for breakfast, and with my coffee, I asked for a baguette. They brought me a stale one, clearly left over from yesterday or the day before. When we asked to exchange it for a fresh one, they threw another stale piece onto the plate with a stone face. Terrible service, bad food. Our breakfast mood was ruined. If you enjoy Panera Bread, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
