I thought the reviews might be exaggerating a bit so I decided to try it out for myself. I pre ordered through the app and got my text when my order was ready so I head on over. Upon entry there is a security guard, which I have never seen at any Panera I've ever been to so I don't know what be going on up in here. I go to the pick up shelf and it's empty. So I go to the counter- empty. No cashier. Long story short it took over half an hour for me to get a half sandwich. I'm not even kidding. Like how? There were 5 employees that I could see and the place wasn't even busy. Oh, and it wasn't what I had ordered and it was missing ingredients. Total waste of my time and money.

This Panera is in a prime location, However, the staff there doesn't have any work integrity. My order was packed wrong, instead of a full sandwich, I got a half. The bread tasted old and dried. The woman who I assume to be the restaurant manager was packing good without wearing a hairnet/cap and at the same time chewing gum talking on her phone via headset. Just overall poor, food service health code adherence. I'm surprised the health department didn't close this place down yet.
Best Panera I visited. Coffee is very good, always fresh and hot. Their breakfast sandwiches are fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is avocado with egg whites on Ciabatta bread. You have to try it!
Nice and clean place to have lunch with family. Parking: Huge free parking lot available.
