I wish they would put hot coffee out, but the food is always good, service not so much. Why is there never any coffee? Please put some coffee. Hire some adults too. They may have better customer service skills.

Have always ordered a FULL tuna salad on Asiago bagel. Used to get two bagels on the FULL sandwich. Today, only one bgel and no pickle. The cashier said "that's how they do it now". Instead of raising prices, the serving sizes are cut in half. I don't mind paying a little more for quality food. But half the food for the same price? Very disappointing!

Was one of the first customers this morning. Light blend coffee was lukewarm. I wouldn't be surprised if that was left over from the day before. Very disappointed.
