Employee went above and beyond. I was allowed to come inside and wait for my lyft driver. She made sure I was comfortable and offered water.
Very clean, but understaffed. Stood at the register long enough that a cleaning person from the back saw me and said she would find someone to service me. Other than that, the normal excellent service and food.
I ordered a bread bowl, a bowl of another soup and a cookie. I was charged $50.00. I did not get a cookie (they were all out) but sent no substitutions. I was to receive a side of fruit, didn't get that. Even worse I got the soup for the bread bowl but didn't get the bread for the bowl.
They don’t care. Ordered this Frontega sandwich, part of a take out order. This is how I got the sandwich. No, I didn’t already eat half of it. Why are you working there if you don’t want to make the food?
Anyone who has been going to Panera for a while knows the quality has gone downhill. I think my son put it best, "expensive cafeteria food." It's mid food at goat prices.
Dumpster fire. Completely incompetent staff. Stole my credit card and gave me a poorly made sandwich.
You call this a sandwich? I payed 12$ for bread. I ordered the smokey buffalo chicken melt, i payed extra for parmesan cheese and it wasn’t added, i asked for cilantro and they added one piece. As the picture shows how stingy they are with their portions i barely got chicken or buffalo sauce. Bread was stale, dry, and burnt.. it took all the muscle in my mouth just to be able to bite into the sandwich just to end up biting into disappointment.
No one even works the front register. I had to sit down and order on the app to get anything.
