Panera Bread

Beim Chx Caesar Salad waren die Hähnchenteile noch tiefgefroren.

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered Panera for a meeting. They showed up 40 minutes late. The food was cold and my meeting was over. I called the store and spoke to the manager, and she advised she would credit me for the delivery fee, the drivers tip, and the tax. I appreciated this and was OK with it. I checked my receipt instead of doing this she actually gave the driver an additional $10 tip. I contacted the manager and again was told this would be fixed. Here we are three days later and it has not been fixed and the extra $10 tip did in fact go through on my credit card. I will not be using Panera again and I will be filing a dispute with my credit card since no one here can get this fixed.

Love Panera. It is always good food and consistent. You never have to worry, you know exactly what you are getting each time. I like that they offer family meals at a reasonable price! Makes my life a lot easier after working all day! Could be a bit friendlier to those doing pick ups, but that’s ok they are usually busy! :)

I was in the store yesterday and they were out of an item I came for in the bakery area. I happened to come across one of the Managers Yanilda who said she'd make sure the item would be put aside for me the next morning, and I told her my arrival time. When I arrived she saw me and remembered me and grabbed the item she put aside am came towards me smiling stating, "I have been waiting for you!!!" Talk about excellent customer service!!! Thank you Yanilda!!!

It is the only place where I feel comfortable, it has delicious fast food, cold and hot drinks, good espresso coffee, a varied breakfast, it has free parking, and the friendliness of the employees attracts you towards it.

Great improvement from my last visit many months ago

I gave the service this number because I had to keep looking for my order. My name was never called. My French Bistro onion soup was good need more cheese. I had chicken almond sandwich with mango smoothie which was alright.
