I am very upset with the service at Panera. I’ve been working in the US for 10 years, and usually, people understand my English well. But today, when I ordered a pizza without dressing for my son, the employee mocked my accent and said they didn’t have what I ordered. In the kitchen, the staff spoke in Spanish, and I understood enough to know they were complaining and laughing about me. The employee kept shaking his head at me, which was really disrespectful and felt like discrimination. I’m never going back there.
