Missing items, poorly made sandwiches, management reprimanding employees in front of customers. Not a good experience at all.

I’m a local and I genuinely enjoy Panera food but this Panera in particular really has to improve with their drive through services. Everytime I go through the drive through, I am missing something, given a wrong item or my sandwich isnt toasted as I requested. Please work on your drive through services and providing the correct food.

Me agrada este lugar, si tengo ganas de café y además un poco de hambre lo prefiero ir al Panera que al Starbucks porque tiene más opciones para comer
