Panera Bread

Usually our lunch is really good but today my steak sandwich was a little bit sub par. My bottom bread that my sandwich was on was totally saturated with some sort of juice (I believe from the meat?). I just couldn't enjoy it.

Bagels were stale. Cream cheese was frozen. Was handed bagels in one bag with everything thrown inside. Extremely nice workers. Food, was terrible.

Consistent with service and food a 5 star for our family.

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere as far as decor is great. The smell of Panera is also something special. However we walked out five minutes after walking in due to the menu being sold out of well over a dozen items, and we didn't even check the full menu. Very, very disappointing. If I was the franchise owner I would seriously evaluate who I have order my stock.

Good sandwiches.

Food is overpriced, poor quality, there's a lady who has a southern accent who is either a manager or the franchise owner who racially profiles you. I had the sip club. I was asked to give my information so she could give me rewards and I asked her why she needed to get it when the app takes care of all that? She walked away after I showed her the order on my phone which was very creepy and suspicious. I complained to corporate and heard nothing back. She makes me feel like I'm back down South again. Disappointing.
