This place was ok. Had to wait in line. Food was lukewarm.

We were waiting forever for our food, we heard in the kitchen people fighting and screaming at eachother. Not a good environment.

Recheck your orders never correct or items missing. Bakery items out of stock often.

i watched all the soup fall on the floor and them continue to serve it today this is disgusting and unacceptable.

The food is good but it's like 50/50 if you get what you ordered with all the right ingredients.

Panera normally is pretty solid, but wow what a miss. Issues: 1) missing items. Forgot pastries so we had to go back. 2) food preparedness. Really sad egg sandwich - the egg was paper thin and looks like it was assembled by someone without arms. Messy and mashed. 3) food quality. Burnt pastries that were extremely dry. A blueberry muffin with literally 1 blueberry in it. For the total price, not a meal I’d recommend.
