I had lunch there with my daughter and granddaughter. It was simply awesome . Enjoyed it !
Kaela in the drive thru was so friendly. Most drive thrus people are snobby and try and rush you with"is that it? Is that it?" She made sure i got my rewards number in, advised me of current rewards available, didnt rush me when ordering or give any typ of attitude. Professional, courteous and friendly. I made sure to read her name tag at the window as she deserves recognition for her service. Unfortunately, good service is no longer common. As for the food, it was good as always. A few strawberry pieces were a bit over ripe in my salad but overall salad was very fresh. Definitely skimpy on the dressing, why? I even got extra dressing (3 little containers) but pretty much ate it dry as those 3 tablespoons of dressing dont do anything for a salad that size. I didnt go inside thats why i didnt rate atmosphere. Overall I recommend this Panera.
I ordered a salad. I didn't even get the right salad and I didn't get any salad dressing I was on my way to my 2nd job..Everytime I called no answer or I was asked to hold then the phone would disconnect...I gave up

Ordered one type of bread online, got a message saying it’s ready. However, when I drive here and am told the bread is sold out. I will appreciate if I can be told earlier.
Called twice trying to cater. They answered, took my name stating they would call back. Never called back. Ended up trying a different establishment and pleased that I did. Won't use them on any of my next events. My partner's firm hasn't had anything good to say about them either.
