It’s just too expensive for what you get. Especially when the food looks hurriedly slapped together. Their food is good but not good enough to justify the price. I recommend their sippers club subscription, that’s at a good price point.

Visited this location a few days ago and was very disappointed. The staff is not very efficient as they are standing around chatting instead of assisting the customers. We waited over 40 minutes for our order and the food tasted very bland. My husband's vanilla latte was only half full. The parking near Panera is very limited, it's best to park by the Nordstrom Rack/Marshalls area and walk to Panera.

Always a great selection of baked goods, friendly customer service, but very slow. You can't beat the sip club.
