Panera Bread

The food was delicious! The person taking our order didn't explain some items well from the menu, but it was a good experience.

First time eating here, it was great. The food hot and fresh, and taste excellent, and very comfy!!

First ever experience at Panera. Surprised at how. Ice the place was. Lots of patrons. And a clean restaurant. We got a few different bread bowls with broccoli cheese and tomato basil and macaroni. All very nice and delish.

App stated my food was ready but when I reached the location, there was a 10 min wait, mgr. helped but no apology for the lateness of the food. This issue made me late for my appointment. Pls fix app.

I want to share with you a terrible experience I had at Panera Bread yesterday. I went there with my son, who ordered an entree but forgot to add the $1 cup of soup that came with it. When we picked up the order, I realized the mistake and went to the cashier to ask if I could pay $1 and get the soup. He said he couldn't do that, so I asked for the manager. The manager was also unhelpful and refused to correct the situation. He wouldn't even let me cancel the order and place a new one with the soup. I was very disappointed and frustrated. It was just a cup of soup, he could have given it to me for free as a gesture of goodwill, or at least let me pay for it. I'm a business owner myself, and I would do anything to satisfy my customers. To make matters worse, the piece of French baguette that came with the entree was the smallest I've ever seen at any Panera Bread location. I think this is a very bad business practice and the manager needs to learn how to treat customers better.
