Love my Panera! Food is always great. Atmosphere very cool for lunch with work friends or a quiet conversation. Close to my job and home. Cool.

Very bad customer service

I didn't like people talking over the food,we need to raise the standards in most restaurants and cafés, not just here..no one had their hair in nets, the whole time they were talking and laughing over the food, anything can fly out your mouth and into the food...try wearing masks

Be careful of what they put in the bag for you, make sure you check if all your food is in the bag in front of them or employees will accused you of stealing. I was treated that way today when they forgot to give me my sandwich with my soup order. Never left the store, had no bags on me, thin jacket and leggings on so I don’t know where I “supposedly” stash a full size sub. Oh, I must have stuffed it down my throat in the split seconds that I opened the bag to put some napkins in? Employees need to be more respectful and stop accusing patrons and own up to their mistakes.

It was my first at Panera with My girlfriend and I had no idea what to get and this man Thomas at the register made a great suggestion and I was more than satisfied. He was very professional and polite. It’s because of people like Thomas, people will keep coming back.
