Panera Bread

Just an overall disappointing day at Panera. RUDE staff…how can a breakfast establishment be out of breakfast soufflés at 9:20 AM and refuse to make more product? Also, the price has increased significantly. Not a fan of this location and will not return.

So I will not start with if I could give this place 0 stars..... But a turkey and cheese sandwich, and BTW it's cold cuts or processed meat, a bowl of soup and a small iced tea came to $25.33. Are you kidding me. And I had indigestion the rest of the day. Never ever again. Dietary restrictions: I will restrict myself from using this place for my dietary needs.

My wife ordered food in-store, paid for it, waited almost 20 minutes, and then they tell her they are out of everything she ordered after making her wait 20 minutes. No management in store, s#%^ show. We were able to see why this location has a 2.7 rating. Don’t come to this location if you’re craving Panera.

Ordered a latte via delivery, got a black coffee.

The food was slow to come out and tasted pretty cheap. Not amazing but not horrible. The workers were very nice but the food was lacking. I think that if they stay true to their motto it would be better.

This is one time I wish there was a 0 star option. We waited nearly 10 minutes at the register while store staff talked with each other or texted. So, I can not rate the food, but if it's prepared with the same enthusiasm we were greeted with, I would not dare eat the food. I've dined at many Paneras across the country and always had a positive experience, so please understand this review is exclusive to this location. Stay away.

Poor employees have to wear silly masks that CDC says are worthless Done with this woke company

Terrible customer service at this location. Nobody acknowledged me standing by the take out area. All walking right by me, including one of the managers. Then proceeded to help someone who came in after me and walk away after they helped them. When I can see my order sitting on the back counter ready for pick up as well.
