Panera is no longer a favorite. Dirty, slow service (few employees).
the squash soup was basically a very oddly thick, cold paste, i've gotten this before and never had it this bad so unsure what the deal is here
Slow and dirty. All I want is a sip club cup.
Absolutely AWFUL breakfast sandwiches. One was supposed to be egg white only and it wasn't. And I also paid for bacon and LITERALLY got a half of a skimpy piece of bacon. The other sandwich my friend got made me taste it and it tasted like the inside of the warmer used to heat the bread. Had to stand and wait for hot water to be refilled for hot tea also. Ordered the EXACT same meal the day before in Monroeville and everything was fabulous. THIS PANERA IS GHETTO. The tea area was a disgusting mess all sticky and tea spilled everywhere. $25 (bc I tipped) was NOT WORTH THIS GARBAGE FOOD N ATMOSPHERE EXPERIENCE. I wanted to dine-in but immediately left bc it was so loud in there n took the food to go.
Food is overpriced for what it is. The place was rather messy. Dirty tables and floors. No napkins to clean a table. The food is Panera food.
This Panera has made my sandwich with the wrong bread every time I've gone here. They know that to-go orders won't check until after they leave the restaurant so they literally don't care. The main folks taking your order are nice enough but once I made the mistake of asking a question of one of the women at the food prep counter and she made sure to be as rude as possible because apparently asking clarifications about your order is an awful thing to do.
