Panera Bread

My boyfriend and I came to this location about an hour before close and received such a great experience with cashier Evelyn. I’ve only ever been to Panera about 3 times and this was by far a reason I will be coming back! Not only was she super nice and approachable, but she didn’t rush us at all when trying to decide what we wanted. Excellent service and the food was even better!

1st time there, not overly impressed but not completely let down

I am writing this review because I ordered a sandwich from Panera and they couldn’t even get it right my daughter ordered through Uber eats they make the sandwich and they give you three pieces of turkey and a piece of cheese With nothing on it a plane literally plain sandwich for $13 and then don’t wanna give you your money back for their mistake. I suggest you run from this place it’s horrible. The worst part about it when you talk to the manager she doesn’t seem like she even graduated from eighth grade. She had to ask me the name five times the last name five times. Yes I’m very upset about this. People are losing money from these idiotic restaurants that can’t get their orders, right! Beware, make sure if you eat at Panera that you check your food really good because You might be the next one to get ripped off! The worst thing about it. The order total was $40 and they kept every penny of it for giving the wrong items.

Can never go wrong with broccoli cheese soup and bacon turkey bravo sandwich

Please add some flavored creamer or syrup to your coffee station

I'm really disappointed as this has been my local Panera for about a year now, for the most part the expirence has been pleasant, I'm a member of the sip and save club, so mostly just the morning stop for coffee, however, I used to have an afternoon stop for the charged lemonade. Well now its only offered behind the counter, ok, no big deal if the employees were helpful. Just more of a nusance to get assistance. Today they now no loger let you grab your own cups at this location, its not in the greatest neighborhood so I understand the need but like, its been this way for over a year and now only are they making this change. Just seems entirely unfair to the paying loyal customers who now will have to take extra time to interact with a computer screen (ie Kiosk) to get the services I was already happily getting. Annoying to say the least. Will be finding a new Panera and reaching out to cooperate regarding this location.

I went twice and got a free cookie each time so I had to just write how much I love love their broccoli cheddar soup with the bread dip in it... It is the only thing I order I do sometimes get their flat bread pizza which is also so good and mmmmm the desserts are to died for I totally recommend Panera bread
