Panera Bread

Do not get the cinnamon rolls. Not worth the price. Hard as a rock even if you warmed up in the microwave or oven

My Dad and I had lunch there and it was awesome. We had the you pick two deals. We had the chicken and wild rice in a bread bowl. We also had the chicken chipotle sandwich and it was so delicious that I wished I ordered the full sandwich. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and visitors.

They are the worst. They just throw your food together. Smoothies are horrible. Sandwiches made poorly. No professionalism

I had a bad experience today when I signed up for the rewards points and claimed a free treat. Apparently I needed to have my purchase receipt but since I didnt know and I was not told about it, I have thrown it away. A more understanding worker ( manager) who showed understanding for the situation saved the day! Sometimes It doesn't take much to please a customer when you listen, understand and try to find a solution.

It has changed over the last few years. Nothing much there for me other than scones. Bread, muffins cookies all have different recipes. Plus for seniors they keep it so cold even on a hot day. The younger folks don't feel the cold at all. The place really need attention for cleanilness within all departments for sure. Cleanilness is still an issue. Unfortunately everything still is the same at this Panera. Still waiting for improvements.

I really like all the soups here and the bakery items I just wish it wasn't so overpriced :(
