Panera Bread

Placed order for delivery with 101.7 fever. Bagels were out of stock, not advertised on app & received wrong sandwich. Only accurate part of order was soup. Called to ask for a refund receipt and Mike was hateful and aggressive -addressing me with name calling and speaking over me. Overall unwilling to assist & asking me to problem solve on his behalf -the emailed receipt of which never came through. WORST Panera experience ever!

Been to this panera 5 times and each tine the food and service is really good. I usually get the fuji apple salad or the bacon turkey bravo. The soft drinks and tea are really good at this location too.

Matthew is very kind and goes above and beyond when we visit.

Panera recently changed how you pick up your drink order. It used to be convenient, you place your order on the app and get your own cup. Saved me a lot of time on my way to work. Now I have to place my order and go to the back of the store and ask for a cup from the kitchen staff, because even though the app says my order is ready at the pick up shelf, it never ends. Please bring the cups back to the front.

My family and I had a great experience at Panera for lunch today. The food was delicious and we had amazing service. There was an employee by the name of Grayson who went above and beyond with his service. He assisted my husband with our high chair, checked in on us several times, had an infectious smile and was just so wonderful to be around. Grayson was working so hard running food and cleaning up tables. You can tell he cares a great deal about his job and is a very hard worker. Thank you Grayson and the rest of the Panera staff for a wonderful lunch today!

Great service friendly staff but for the price you pay the portions are not great makes especially on any pastry or coffee drink the food is good it just unfortunate with the current economy it's not a smart buy considering all yhe healthy/Cafe options out there for less its not sustainable might as well buy all the Ingredients from sprouts & just make it at home or go eat at a hospital Vegetarian options: Salad

What kind of bakery runs out of baked goods 3 hours before they close?

I was there and I think k the over charge in Miami my meal cost $7.00 and here cost $14.00 I think is too much I would like to talk to someone am old lady I l9ve Panerai but after this I don't think I will go back again can someone contact with me please
