Used to come here all the time but haven’t been in about a year. I ordered takeout: the pepperoni pizza (for my child), and two sandwiches. Was so disappointed, we threw mostly all the food away, it was just gross and greasy and just not good. I hate nothing more than spending a ton of money on food and the quality just being terrible. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Food is a hit or miss but the service is horrible. It’s 6 employees in the back and they mess up all the time. Rapid Pick Up means you walking up to the counter to tell them what you order after you waited 20 minutes

Ordered modified...no red onions...well...not modified
I’ve come here consistently (about once a month for about 4 months). No one is EVER at the counter to personally take an order. It’s a frustrating dining experience.
KUDOS TO THIS PLACE FOR PUTTING UP WITH ALL THE STUPID KARENS AND JEFFERYS! It is mind destroying seeing all these stupids out there whining about the smallest of things. YES this location is a mass chain "fast food" joint that WILL make mistakes. If you are too good for a corporate style operation that's affordable and has young employees starting out, then take your foofoo azzes to a privately owned established high end eatery and stop using your government checks at a location with a high probability of messing up. What a bunch of brain dead cux! We've been coming to this location since Day 1 and it's gotten better with time. These large chains take time to get into the groove, but they won't ever be 100% perfect. That's why you can get a meal for $12... This Panera has messed up a few of our orders (of 100 or so) and it was a really simple fix.... Really... I'm giving this location all 5s because they deserve it, I wouldn't wish one of you dumbazzes on my worst enemies. Kudos again to this establishment for doing what you do. Keep it up!
Seriously the kiosks don’t work always one broken. Now we aren’t carrying product and keeping up with sales. Getting old not having items in stock.
