Not an actual location. Google Maps entry is misleading. You cannot order or eat inside. Only mobile orders. Doesn’t look welcoming at all.
Not an actual Panera Bread cafe. Only does carry out food. Service is disorganized
What a miserable place. If I had known they would take 1 hour to fulfill my 10 sandwich order I would have picked a nicer location. This Panera is in a joyless food hall where you order online and pick up while traffic and a noisy BART train screams by every 5 min.
Food quality was not up to standard of a normal Panera location. Salad was not fresh and cookie was soggy. Located in an unbranded building marked Oakland Food Hall that is a ghost kitchen for 20+ restaurants.
There is no parking. But I was able to get in and get my food everything was well made and well packaged definitely go back again
Not a real Panera Bread store.
If you're choosing between the Emeryville location and this one, choose this one. They're quite fast and my pick-up order was ready a few minutes earlier than anticipated. If this is your first time to this kitchen/food locker system (it was mine), you may be confused because there is no branding anywhere. But even though you won't see a Panera Bread sign while you're driving up, you're in the right place. Park in their lot, walk around the corner to the entrance, and then head to the tablets on the right side of the lobby where you can check which locker your order has been placed into. It's super convenient, there's no contact with anyone, and it's faster than a traditional Panera location. Recommend!
