Panera Bread

Had lunch there today and the front person who took our order was friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible- worth the price!!

Panera scammed a person with Down syndrome. After they (victim's family) tried to make things right, they didn't care. Now, they do care since the internet has found out. Their food is meh, their drinks can literally kill you, and corporate seems to have zero moral values. The real question why? Why come to Panera when literally anywhere is better financially, taste, and morally.

Unfortunately the pictures on the delivery services do not accurately represent their product. They do not have bread bowl on delivery but choose to use misleading pictures with bread bowls and call the soup sizes bread bowl size.

Food didn’t appear as pictured. And soup was breaking down and separating. Had to return food because it was made incorrectly

Our first time eating at Panera. We placed an order with the attendant, Jesus, club sandwich, and a cup of tomato soup and a pick two. Selected a table and got our drinks while food was prepared. They called our name and I was shocked by the amount of food we got. I even asked if they had the right order. The food was a bit pricey, but well worth it. The club was really good. I ordered the tomato soup, which was perfectly seasoned. My wife got some type of pizza, but my soup tasted way better than their marinara sauce. They also have some really good green teas besides carbonated drinks. The staff that made the sandwiches were really helpful and courteous when I needed to go boxes and when I had questions. Definitely will return

Got her about 11:30. They did not have ANY sout. Only two choices of bagels. The management of the Northglenn location must not be very good. Don't think I'll come back to this location.

As a member of the Sips Club, I placed a drive-thru order for a drink. Surprisingly, from 5:25 p.m. to 5:35 p.m., there was no response on the speaker. After circling back and waiting an additional 5 minutes, I observed employees leisurely on their phones at the window. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my drink, and the experience left me quite dissatisfied. While I don't typically leave reviews, this situation was frustrating enough to prompt me to share my disappointment.
