Panera Bread

I wanted to order a bagel, this was at 5pm. The server said we don't have anymore and we are not baking anymore. They close at 9pm so there is still 4 hours of business left. Am I missing something??

Food is always fresh and good, and smiling faces greet us every time we’re in. A special shout out to Monette! She makes a point to say hi immediately when we come in and stops by the table on occasion to see how things are. This has become a true hangout for my wife and myself. Thanks for the wonderful experiences and attention to detail!

Places new so the facility is nice and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER, Their prices and portions are ridiculous.. Every time I get their soup bowls it's always half filled And the bread is always out in the open in the bag thrown in there like trash touching everything else around it. Last visit I asked what rewards I had and they said $2 off anything when I ordered my drink, After they collected payment, then told me it does not apply to drinks, paid $7 for watery overly iced coffee. This time I decided to give the drink another.Try telling them to add a shot of espresso, End it up paying even more, Only to get it in a smaller cup and it's still water down and No flavor, like iced milk water.. And definitely not 20oz. Every time I come here I feel robbed. At this point, I'm better off just going to the 711 next door for a refreshing drink.

Where to start? The rude staff and now mediocre food is not worth it since the recent menu change. I also contracted terrible food poisoning from this location. Please keep in mind to keep your food and your soups fresh so more customers don't get violently ill.

Always seems slower than other paneras in the area.

Alexander was my drive thru guy today 3.13.24 he was so sweet. Wish all drive thur could be this friendly. He much deserves a raise! He gave me two pup cups for my spoiled mutts.

No WiFi

Numerous items are "we are out of that"??? Learn to place an order appropriately for customer satisfaction! Dine in meal requested, got two spoons and a knife to eat soup and salad?? . Get it together! Dietary restrictions: Ordered a milk free lunch for dine in and was to go packaging??? Nobody cares about low carbon, especially when you create plastic trash for landfill by making my dine in order to go!
