They didn’t give us and bread all 10 of us. Disappointment in the Panera industry. God says to better
This is a busy location besides the Panera at the airport, so I typically order from my app ahead of time to give them a chance to get my order ready. The security guard is helpful in keeping non-customers out of the parking lot, so that long time customers like me don't have to fight for a parking spot. My order has been messed up a few times, but they have always been friendly in getting it right.
They never get the chip/apple/bread thing right. Also their salad dressings are not as flavorful as when I used to go there years ago. It is sad that there are people who are trying to find a table to eat, but they cannot because people on their laptops just sit there all day. One lady we saw actually brought her own sushi inside and sat at a table to do whatever on her computer.
Each location is unique, some are terrible and others are divine.
