Service was slow today due to high volume. But the customer service was still friendly and professional. I'll come back to this location
They took cups away. Now you have to wait FOREVERE for a single cup. No one ever remembers it either. I always have to stand there like a jack@$$. Then they're like, "What are you waiting for?!" I feel so stupid just waiting for a stupid cup and getting treated like an inconvenience for what I have already paid for. It's not even worth it man.
Shaunna I believe she is the cafe manager. She handled a situation beautifully as a manager. I used to be a manager for 6 years. And I understand what it's like. I ordered on the panera app. As I always do and I'm right next to my building. And I ordered $65 worth of food. And for some reason it didn't come even 20 minutes later after it was supposed to be there. And the delivery service must have taken the food. So I went up there. She apologized very sincerely and made sure to make the food fresh and quick and put me on priority. And I appreciate The amazing service, the whole team behind the counter that works on That shift should be commended and should get a pay raise. I will definitely be back many times in the future. I hope I spelt her name correctly. Great service guys keep up the good work.
