Panera Bread

My lunch consisted of two types of leaves and croutons, my mother's lunch composed of mostly rice topped with a few veggies, my aunt and uncle's lunch combo consisted of a sandwich with soup and coffee. All of this rather simple and small meal cost forty two dollars with the twenty percent off. This was a rip off. I will not be coming back.

I always will recommend Panera because they donate their left over food to homeless shelters..

Shout-out to Iyana she was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for and explained to me about all the options that Panera offers and she even offered me dessert the chocolate chip cookie is amazing so grateful I was able to meet her she deserves recognition for being such an amazing sweethearted worker.

Ordered from this location on DoorDash, I ordered an Asiago cheese bagel, a chocolate chip muffin, and an iced chai latte. I got a stale chocolate chip bagel instead of the Asiago cheese one. The bag was sealed so it was not the drivers fault but the fault of who is (or isn’t) reading the tickets.

Panera's solution to error in making order was for me to drive back and pick up a corrected order! I had ordered online for pickup, and when I arrived home, I found that they had not read the instructions. I asked for no onions on the Greek salad and no utensils. I called as soon as I saw they had included both. The person who answered the phone said that my only remedy was to drive all the way back, and they would make a new one! No offer of delivering a correct or perhaps free salad on next visit. Disappointed in their problem solving abilities.
